RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges are always allowed within 14 days. Please note: this only applies to items that are new.
Unfortunately, vintage items cannot be exchanged or returned. This is because we spend all our time looking for unique and Golden Items. In addition, you cannot exchange vintage items at The Golden Webshop because we only have one piece of each item.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Incorrect delivery
If you receive an item that is incorrect or has not been ordered, we ask you to send an email to thegoldenwebshop@outlook.com containing all information and a photo of the item that you received instead of the item you ordered. Send us an email as soon as possible, but within two days! We will solve the problem as quickly as possible and ensure that the item is delivered as quickly as possible if it is in stock.
Is the item you received the item you ordered, but is it damaged or is something missing? Please also send a photo of the item, your details and the problem to thegoldenwebshop@outlook.com.

How do I return part of my order or my entire order?
- If you would like to return an item from your order or your entire order, please send an email to thegoldenwebshop@outlook.com containing: your details, order number, items you want to return and reason.
- After receiving your return, we will check whether the item(s) meet all the conditions and, if so, we will refund the purchase price. When we receive your return, we will ensure that you receive a credit note within 14 days and the amount has been refunded to your account.
- Fragile items such as vases, pots, etc. must always arrive undamaged at our return address. If the item is damaged during transport, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. The damage will then be deducted from the amount. We recommend that you package fragile items well and, if necessary, send them back to us insured.
Return Conditions
- Unfortunately, vintage items cannot be exchanged or returned. This is because we spend all our time looking for unique and Golden Items. In addition, you cannot exchange vintage items at The Golden Webshop because we only have one piece of each item.
- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items that fall under 'furniture' such as chairs, poufs, sofas, tables, etc. unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Unfortunately, bouquets cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items assembled by the customer cannot be returned.
- Gift packaging cannot be returned.
*Unfortunately, items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be returned and no refund will be given. All items are double checked before shipping when packing and for any returns.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your item for another item. In that case, return your item(s), which will be credited if it meets the conditions. You can then order the other item yourself.
Warranty conditions and warranty period
The Golden Webshop has a warranty period of 30 days after receipt of the item.
However, there are a number of exceptions where we cannot provide a guarantee, namely:
- Exceptional wear
- Water fall or impact wear
- Damage due to negligence
- Failure to follow washing instructions.
Return costs
The costs for returning our item(s) will be borne by the customer. The costs for this depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note: shipments that are returned without track & trace and lost in the post will not be credited. So always keep your shipping receipt with track & trace until your return has been processed.
